2 Exercise

The importance of exercise can not be over emphasised. Not only does it helps in the pumping and circulation of blood, it also helps to make one physical and mental fit, it helps in burning of fats, Keeping one healthy, enhancing the overall physical and attractive features of a person. Doing any form of exercise be it an homeworkout, jogging a hike, hitting the gym etc is an habit that should be imbibed in our morning routine

3 Drinking Of Water

Drinking Water in the body in the morning helps in aiding digestion and aiding body metabolism and also boosts the skin texture and appearance in the body. The benefits of Drinking at least a glass of water in the morning are numerous and are of great health benefit to the body. This is another habit to do in the morning for an effective day

4 Taking care of your physical apperance

Taking care of how you look and dress goes a long way in boosting your confidence. Apply your skin care routine if you have one or just simply wash and mosturise  and also take care of your of your hair. Applying some quality deodorants and perfumes should also be applied. Be deliberate about what you put on. In essence dress smart.

5 Read A Book 

Now you have worked on your Health and physical strength by Exercising and drinking water and eating healthy. It is now time to work on your mental and intellectual strength. 

One way you can achieve this is by reading books, it could be an audiobook, an ebook or an hardcopy book. It can also be on any feild of interest either on finance or your carrier

6 Write down your Goals

writing down your goals and thoughts for the day is another important habit to imbibe in our morning routine. It acts as a road map and guide for the day in achieving things that should be done for that day
